Career Crafter — Talent Team Internship 🎯
We usually respond within two weeks
Curious about what makes people want to build a career somewhere and want to learn how that gets designed from the ground up? Join our Talent Team as a Career Crafter and get hands-on experience in career development and event/project coordination, with support every step of the way.
This internship is built to be a genuine learning experience; you'll be guided, not thrown in the deep end. Expect to find…
🌱 Development: learning opportunities tailored to where you're at, not where you "should" be.
🔥 Curiosity: a team that's happy to explain the "why" behind what we do, not just the "what"
💥 Real contribution: your work will be used. You'll see the impact of what you help build
This could be a good fit if you…
Are naturally curious and enjoy digging into a topic to understand it properly
Like trying new things, even if you don't get them right the first time
Are looking to learn and grow, at your own pace, in a supportive environment
What you'll learn and help with 🎯
You'll work closely with our Talent Coordinator, learning by doing on real projects. Over time, you'll get involved in:
Fun Committee — become an active member of our HQ Fun Committee and help bring some extra fun to office life by coming up with ideas and organising activities that bring people together.
Academy Summit preparation — Want to learn how to organise a great event? There’s probably no better challenge than organising one for event professionals! You'll get hands-on experience bringing our biggest corporate event to life, from logistics and scheduling to participant and speaker communication.
Talent data & reporting — curious about what the numbers can tell us? You’ll help turn people data into meaningful insights, measuring everything from employee engagement to the sustainability and impact of our initiatives while building simple dashboards and reports to understand what’s working and where we can do even better.
Day-to-day support — pitching in on our talent processes as they evolve, so you get exposure to how a Talent team runs.
You won't be expected to know how to do all this on day one — we'll show you, and you'll build these skills as you go. The goal is that by the end, you'll walk away with real, practical experience in talent development and event coordination.
Why join us ❤️?
This is not just an internship; it's a meaningful journey driven by:
Impact & Purpose 🔥
🔮 Inspiring our team members to aspire
🌎 A company that cares for the people and acts responsibly for the planet
🤩 Waking up in the morning feeling like you are making a difference!
Growth & Learning 🚀
🤝 Being surrounded by colleagues who enjoy sharing what they know and helping you grow
🏋️♀️ Having regular, constructive feedback to support you as you learn
⚡️ Getting a front-row seat in a buzzing industry that's experiencing an unprecedented renaissance
Sounds like a plan 🤟?
If you're excited to learn, ask questions, and grow at your own pace within a friendly, multicultural team, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a minimum 3-month internship, which can be carried out 2 days a week from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) when you are not in our offices in Brussels!
