Your opportunity
Easyfairs is one of Europe’s leading event organisers and venue operators, organising around 200 events across multiple European markets.
From our Brussels headquarters, the Group Talent & Management team supports the learning and development of colleagues across our international organisation.
At the heart of our digital learning approach is The Academy Online: Easyfairs’ central learning platform. It brings together learning opportunities, practical resources and business knowledge to help employees:
Develop the skills they need in their roles
Stay informed about our business, tools and ways of working
Learn at their own pace, wherever they are
Share knowledge and best practices across countries and departments
Take ownership of their professional development
As part of the Digital Learning team, you will help us create new learning experiences, promote continuous learning and improve how employees use The Academy Online.
This is not an internship where you will simply observe.
You will contribute to real projects and see your work used by learners across Easyfairs.
What you’ll work on
Depending on your interests and skills, you may contribute to projects such as:
🎬 Creating learning videos – from storyboarding and recording to editing, subtitles and animations
🎨 Transforming business knowledge into clear and interactive e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise 360, quizzes and gamification
🤖 Exploring AI for learning to support content creation, visuals, videos and innovative learning experiences
💻 Supporting The Academy Online by uploading, organising and improving learning resources
📣 Promoting learning opportunities and supporting international projects across Easyfairs
You will have room to experiment, propose ideas and bring your own creativity to our learning projects.
