About the Role
As a Group Product & Growth Strategist, you’ll join Easyfairs’ internal growth engine. Working closely with senior leadership and event teams, you’ll act as key player in strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and rethink event concepts across diverse industries our events serve — from manufacturing, healthcare to education, entertainment and more.
YOUR Mission
🎯 Co-create strategic roadmaps for events with regional teams: from concept redesigns and competitive scans to customer targeting, based on deep industry value chain analysis
🎯 Manage group-wide initiatives such as strategies to attract start-ups, playbooks for multi-location events, or launch process optimisation
🎯 Ensure executive-level presentations are clear, data-driven, and high-impact
🎯 Track industry trends and white spaces to identify opportunities for new event launches
🎯 Support geo-cloning of existing or recently acquired events to new markets
About YOU
✔️ 2–5 years in strategy/management consulting or in-house strategy/growth roles
✔️ A master’s degree in a business/analytical discipline
✔️ Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
✔️ A growth mindset, high degree of curiosity and ambition, collaborative spirit, and international mindset
✔️ Fluency in English, strong command of PowerPoint & Excel
