Role and Responsibilities

Main tasks of the intern
Your role will comprise of boosting Easyfairs’s companywide market intelligence on about the communities we serve, and you will be responsible for and/or participate in projects, such as:
- Screening potential M&A targets in strategic markets & industries.
- Assess the opportunities to diversify the Easyfairs product portfolio
- Build company profiles on those M&A targets, including shareholder structure, topline financials, activity overview
- Write a recommendation and deal rationale about M&A opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders regarding M&A findings and strategic insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
About you
If you are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Management and possess:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
• The ability to deliver clear, synthesized overviews and insights
• Good presentation skills and a fast learning aptitude
• Proactive and curious
