Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, integration strategies, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams? Join Easyfairs as our Group Head of M&A Integration and take a leading role in ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses into our organisation.
In this high-impact position, you will collaborate with group leaders and department heads to implement our Easyfairs Playbook, identify synergies, and drive value creation. Your contributions will be pivotal in realizing our strategic ambitions and supporting our 5-Year Plan.
Your Mission
As Group Head of M&A Integration, you will:
- Lead integration planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for integrating acquired businesses into Easyfairs.
- Foster cultural alignment: Ensure new teams are fully onboarded and aligned with Easyfairs’ culture, values, and vision.
- Drive synergies: Identify and leverage best practices and synergies to optimize performance and create added value.
- Enhance tech migration: Partner with the Group Technology Team to migrate acquired businesses onto Easyfairs’ tech backbone and oversee employee training.
- Implement the Easyfairs Playbook: Collaborate with Group Heads in business development, sales, marketing, EasyGo, talent, finance, and legal to deliver measurable value and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

About You
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with:
- Expertise: 10-15 years in project management, with proven experience in M&A integration or related fields.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and align diverse teams.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, motivational leadership, and the ability to manage complexity with a structured approach.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bonus: A track record in integrating acquired businesses is a significant advantage.
