As our Group Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Easyfairs’ dynamic portfolio of events. This is your opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, shape innovative event concepts, and help expand our footprint across regions.
YOUR Mission
You will act as an extension of the CEOs, and lead the organic growth strategy with the international Business Development team. Your key responsibilities include:
🎯 Product Innovation & Development: Lead the development and launch of new event concepts, foster the continuous strengthening of existing events portfolio, and expand successful formats into new markets.
🌍 Lead Cross-Regional Success: Animate & collaborate with regional business development heads and ensure business development efforts are delivering exceptional outcomes across regions, by sharing ideas & best practices, setting strategic priorities, and optimize business development processes.
📊 Industry Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a center of market intelligence, mastering the Group's entire portfolio of event concept, and advising on product adjustments to unlock product development opportunities & increase customer satisfaction.
🔍 Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, market gaps, and growth opportunities, including key stakeholder engagement to validate insights.
About YOU
We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in business development or strategic/management consulting. You’ll need:
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, with a high degree of curiosity and extraversion capable of engaging with key stakeholders to spot new growth opportunities and product innovation.
✔️ Exceptional analytical and conceptual/design thinking skills : Understand communities and their needs. Identify key stakeholders & business drivers. And model complex industries in comprehensive & synthethic value chains.
✔️ Natural leadership skills with a collaborative mindset, exceptional communication and project management capabilities able to to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
✔️ 10-15 years of relevant experience. Events industry expertise is a plus.
