In this critical role, you will be a trusted sparring partner for our CEOs, providing strategic and operational support across various business areas. As the linchpin of coordination and execution, your contributions will be instrumental in keeping our business pace and ensuring success in our ambitious initiatives.
Your mission
You will act as an extension of the CEOs, streamlining their workload and ensuring they can focus on their strengths. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic coordination: Organise and support all major meetings, including monthly shareholders’ boards, large management meetings and Country Reviews. This involves preparing agendas, collecting and challenging all presentations, creating slide decks, managing time during meetings, drafting reports, cascading key messages within the organisation, and following up on action points.
- Project management: Lead and coordinate transversal strategic projects such as Pricing strategy, Venues 5Y Business Plan, Stand Building/Ops Upselling Business improvement, Dashboards & Business Metrics,...
- Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key advisor and sparring partner to the CEOs, providing insights and actionable recommendations on various topics.

About you
We are looking for a highly structured and adaptable professional with exceptional analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll need:
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience, preferably with a consulting background. Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse projects and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to create actionable plans from complex situations.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an asset.
- Cultural Fit: Someone curious, flexible, and pragmatic who can handle a variety of tasks with ease and build a strong rapport with our CEOs.
