Your opportunity
As one of the leading event organisers and venue operators in Europe, Easyfairs organises 110 market-leading event titles in 12 countries. Easyfairs is a pan-European company. Our headquarters are in Brussels, and we have 20 offices in Europe employing 820 talented individuals.
To support the Group Communication & Marketing team at HQ (Brussels), we are looking for communication and marketing interns!
During your internship, you will be working with a team of other passionate marketing professionals who will happily assist and guide you, to make your time with us a valuable learning experience.
What we expect from you
As a Communication & Marketing rockstar, you will be an integral part of many projects – both online and offline – that make our internal and corporate communication super effective and engaging. You will apply your hands-on skills and expertise on a wide range of channels and tools, creating content for our internal and external platforms (Intranet, newsletter, websites, social media, teambuilding,...), boosting Easyfairs branding and participating to the building of new brands identities. Your ultimate mission will be to draw interest, create engagement and feeling of belonging.
Your main tasks will include:
- Participation to the editorial planning for internal and external communication as well as social media (brainstorm on topics, formats, messages…)
- Copywriting for the intranet, newsletter and social media
- Production and editing of videos (interviews, highlights,) and photos (quotes, infographics, facts & figures)
- Participation to the development and revamping of digital platforms (intranet, corporate website)
- Participation to new events brands development (brainstorming, research of visuals, preparation of mock-ups & briefing, guidelines proofreading)
- Support in the organisation of internal events (teambuilding activities, Marketing Academy Days) - invitation, activities & partner research, speaker research, logistics
Is this you?
- You are studying Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or any other relevant field of study;
- You’re available for a period of minimum 12 weeks;
- You have excellent English skills both written and verbal and have good command in French or in Dutch;
- You have skills and experience in photos and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,..);
- You are a hands-on and creative profile who can design good looking and attractive visuals and videos; and/or you are a creative copywriter with the talent to write inspiring and engaging stories and always find a good angle to attract the attention;
- You have an enthusiastic personality, always curious to learn;
- You are well organised, you can easily set priorities and are able to switch quickly;
- You have an eye for details;
- You are results-oriented and think along with the team as a real team player.
