An expert in digital tracking and monitoring, with the experience to shape the right strategy and tools to measure attribution and conversion? Your mission:
- To define the group strategy for attribution and conversion of marketing campaigns and channels and digital tracking best practice, including measurement of efficiency of marketing spend across all channels.
- To implement the strategy through technical know-how with a view on future-proofing our approach and emphasis on automation.
- To ensure full implementation and adoption group-wide, working with regional offices to deliver smooth optimisation.
- To ensure ongoing maintenance of “always-on” digital tracking infrastructure.
- Design set-up of A/B testing tools with a mission to consistently adapt and improve our marketing efficiency.
- Define benchmarks and methods to measure and monitor results.
Is this you?
- You are a proven expert in performance tracking and digital infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a similar hands-on role.
- You have experience of similar projects, with a background in e-commerce highly advantageous.
- You demonstrate technical knowledge with a strategic view and understanding how to define and implement solutions across a large global business.
- You take a structured and collaborative approach, with a proven ability to understand different approaches and define a single way of working that achieves objectives.
- You thrive on finding technical and strategic solutions to solve problems.
You have these skills & technical knowledge:
- Certification in Google Suite; an expert in setting up tracking in Google Tag Manager.
- In depth knowledge of digital platforms (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta & social platforms …) and analytics tools (eg Power My Analytics, Looker Studio, Funnel.io…).
- Understanding of e-commerce solutions, experience with registration & ticketing platforms beneficial.
- WordPress experience would be a benefit.

This is a hybrid role working collaboratively with the Group CMO, Group CTO and technology team in our Brussels HQ, as well as in close contact with our regional offices. You should either be based within easy commuting distance of our Brussels office, or our Twickenham office with the ability to travel to Brussels on a regular basis. There may also be requirements to travel to our regional offices and events on an occasional basis.
