Join Easyfairs as our Digital Learning Programme Manager (6-month maternity cover), where you will focus on taking digital learning to the next level and make a real impact on Easyfairs’ Talent! In this role, you’ll ensure the seamless continuation of our digital learning initiatives—keeping content flowing, learners engaged, and our learning management system running smoothly.
Working closely with a young & dynamic team of internal experts and creative partners, you will lead day-to-day learning activities while upholding the highest learning experience standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our programmes during this important transitional period 🚀.
đź§ Your Mission During These 6 Months
- Ensure the smooth production and launch of digital learning contents;
- Keep learners engaged through regular internal communication (newsletters, Intranet posts, surveys);
- Monitor and report on learning KPIs using existing dashboards and LMS analytics;
- Maintain and troubleshoot our LMS (Crossknowledge) ensuring optimal usability and backend management;
- Coordinate e-learning programme from initiation to closure, liaising with internal subject matter experts and external content suppliers;
- Supervise the work of a freelancer video editor, while managing the allocated freelancer budget.
- Run Easyfairs internal recording studio
🛠Tools You’ll Use
- CKLS (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Rise360), video editing tools (Adobe premiere Pro, Adobe After effect, MS Office, Tableau, Upwork, Spendesk.
📊 How We’ll Define Success
- Seamless continuity of learning programmes with quality and timely content delivery;
- Continued and improved learner engagement through consistent communication;
- Well-maintained and accurate learning dashboards.
🚀 Within Your First 3 Months, You’ll Aim To:
- Maintain and deliver on the content production and communication plan;
- Develop full mastery of LMS (CrossKnowledge), and Easyfairs internal recording studio.
- Identify any key improvement opportunities and flag them for future follow-up.
🎓 Your Background
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Solid understanding of instructional design and LMS operations;
- Proficient in at least one authoring tool and video editing software;
- English fluent (additional European languages are a plus);
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
🤝 You’ll Work Closely With:
Internal: Group Head of Talent, Regional Heads of Talent, Subject Matter Experts, Support & Data Team, Group Communication Executive,
External: Freelancers, video editors, and learning suppliers
